Check-in is via a key box next to your front door, so you never have to wait for us. You receive the code automatically before you arrive. The house is ready from 15:00, and on your departure day we ask you to hand it back by 11:00. Different times can be arranged.
In cash or by card on arrival – please arrange this with us beforehand, and bring the exact amount if you can, as we do not keep change. Alternatively by bank transfer before you arrive. If you book through a platform, you pay there.
The cleaning fee is shown separately: 100 € for the individual houses, 200 € for Anne + Liese Haus. If you cancel, we do not charge it.
Yes. Some of our guests stay for several weeks or months. For longer stays we are happy to quote separately – just send us your dates and the number of people.
Every unit has a Nespresso capsule machine and a filter coffee maker. A few capsules are always provided.
Yes. Beds are made up, towels are laid out, and soap and toilet paper are provided. You do not need to bring anything.
Yes, every unit has its own washing machine. An iron and ironing board are included.
Yes. Hob, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave and kettle, plus crockery, pots, pans and cutlery as well as salt, pepper and oil.
Yes, in every unit and free of charge.
Every unit has a smart TV that works with the usual streaming services.
There are free parking spaces right at the house on our own grounds, so you will not have to look for a space in the neighbourhood.
For Anne + Liese Haus on Annelieseweg the bus stops right outside: line 670 from Bremen central station. For Heidehaus on Heideweg take tram line 4; from the stop it is about a 20-minute walk.
Yes to both. We regularly host companies, some of whom book again every year. We issue a proper invoice as a matter of course.

Usually not. Anne Haus, Liese Haus, Heideblüte and Heidelbeere each have three bedrooms for up to six people, so four colleagues can stay without sharing.
Yes, that happens regularly. Anne Haus and Liese Haus stand side by side on one plot and can be booked together as Anne + Liese Haus: six bedrooms for up to twelve people. At Heideweg 13 there are three units that can likewise be combined.
We do not rent out bikes ourselves. There are several options nearby, though – ask us before you arrive and we will tell you what currently suits best.
At Heideweg 13 a sauna belongs to the house. You book your slot yourself through a planner we send you before arrival.
Very much so. A cot and a high chair are available – please let us know before you arrive so we can have them ready.
Yes. One pet per unit is allowed at no extra charge. Please let us know in advance.
There is no smoking inside the houses.
