It matters to us that you know what you're looking at. So here, briefly and plainly, is how our pictures came about.
Real photographs, taken by us and by photographers we commissioned. We adjusted brightness and colour so the pictures look the way the rooms really do.
With one picture we went further: on the exterior shot of Anne + Liese Haus there were two crates of beer on the terrace and two cars on the neighbouring plot, and along the left-hand edge of the picture you could see the remains of a building site. We removed those three things with an AI tool and then upscaled the picture so it stays sharp on large screens. We changed nothing about the house itself, the rooms or the furnishings.
Heideweg 13 is still being built – everything will be finished in October 2026. Until then, the pictures we show you there are visualisations from our building plans. They aren't photos but computer-generated images made by our planner. Every single one is marked as a visualisation on the page.
We chose them because they match what we're building very closely. But let's be honest: with furniture, colours and materials, small details may end up looking different. As soon as the houses are furnished, we'll swap the pictures for real photos. If you'd like to know how far along we are before then – just give us a call and we'll send you up-to-date pictures from the building site.
An AI assistant helped us write the text on this site. We read and checked every sentence ourselves, and we take responsibility for them all.
