Availability & prices

Pick your dates and the number of guests – you will see straight away which of our homes are free, what they cost, and can book directly.

By submitting the booking you enter into a binding contract for the dates you have chosen, and payment becomes due. The final cleaning fee is included in the total shown.

The terms at a glance

Prices are per night and per house, including utilities, bed linen and towels
Final cleaning 100 € per house, one-off (Anne + Liese 200 €, all of Heideweg 300 €)
Minimum stay 2 nights
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, then on a sliding scale: from day 29 it is 50 %, from day 7 it is 90 % – the details are in § 5 of our terms
No statutory right of withdrawal: for accommodation booked for a fixed period it is excluded under § 312g(2) no. 9 BGB – our cancellation terms apply instead
